Welcome to ReadyTech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReadyTech's websites, applications, and online training and virtual IT labs platform (collectively, the "Service"), and apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether as a registered account holder, an instructor, a student, or an otherwise authorized guest.

Content and Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any data, content, or materials you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service. ReadyTech disclaims liability for data loss, backup failures, or the disclosure of information transmitted over the internet without authorization.

ReadyTech retains broad rights to use data submitted through the Service for analytic, statistical, and security and quality control, marketing, promotion, and similar purposes, provided that such use does not disclose confidential or personally identifiable information.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.
• Tampering with, disabling, overburdening, or otherwise interfering with the proper functioning of the Service or its underlying networks or systems.

ReadyTech may, in its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ReadyTech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including without limitation any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your particular requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ReadyTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications to These Terms

ReadyTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, ReadyTech will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

ReadyTech may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
