The ReadyTech Way
From a loft space in Oakland, California, we managed a team of technical instructors based around the US and Europe. This team traveled the globe teaching classes for some of the largest IT companies in the world. After a decade of being road warriors, we experienced first-hand the many IT challenges associated with IT training, labs not working, training materials missing, set-up and configuration issues. Too much time and money was being lost trying to fix these problems. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our Approach
Our goal is to build solutions that continue to solve real-world training delivery problems, e.g., how does the instructor know when and if remote students have successfully completed all the labs? Or how can a single instructor handle questions from a class of 30 or 40 students? Every time we approach a problem, we think about it from the point of view of the instructor, student, and training manager. Then, we design the best technical solution possible. That's our story.
