STEP is ReadyTech’s built-in tool for Surveys, Tasks, Exams, and Polls: structured exercises instructors attach to live or self-paced training to check understanding, gather feedback, and support certification.

STEP works alongside ReadyTech’s virtual IT labs and virtual instructor-led training (VILT), so learners can complete a poll, quiz, or task without leaving the training environment. Instructors use STEP results to see where learners are struggling and to confirm a session met its learning objectives.
