Should my instructors give training in-person or virtually?

The choice between in-person and virtual classes is among the biggest financial decisions a training department makes. But the costs associated with in-person and virtual classes are so different, making it hard to tell which training modality is the more economic option. To help answer this question, ReadyTech built this calculator to estimate the cost savings if you switched from in-person to virtual instructor-led training (VILT).

Instructions: Answer the following questions as accurately as possible. When finished, click Submit to get your savings estimate. It takes about 3 minutes to complete.
How many days is your class?
Are your instructors traveling to the training location?
How many students are attending the class?
Are your students traveling to the training location?
What kind of virtual computer do the students need?
