ReadyTech allows you to host a training site without having to maintain individual servers or technology. Attendees can access via an internet browser and the system is very user-friendly. If any issues do arise, their response to problems is quick and they are solved in an accurate manner.

1) Excellent 24×7 support. We have had occasion to contact ReadyTech during off-hours and always get the same professional support whenever we call. 2) Flexibility. ReadyTech allows us to scale instructor-led class sizes from 1-dozens of students. We are able to schedule classes and have lab environments ready for use at the start of class, however, if there are no-show students, we can release.

My favorite features of ReadyTech includes its ability to customize the lab environments based on the needs of the lab. For very intense labs we utilize a dedicated host per student with as much memory, CPU, and solid state disks as we need. I also like the true pay-as-you-go model which is a main reason we switched.

I love that instructors can view all the students’ screens as thumbnails to monitor their progress, or look at each student screen in full-screen, and take control quickly and easily to provide help.
